1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the QAS-NFT website or acquiring any official QAS-NFT digital asset, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. QAS-NFT is a premium digital art brand created and led by Mr. QAS.
2. Digital Art Ownership
The purchase of a QAS-NFT grants ownership of the specific digital asset recorded on the Polygon blockchain. Ownership is verified through immutable on-chain records. Unless explicitly stated in future roadmap phases, all intellectual property rights and commercial usage rights remain solely with QAS-NFT.
3. No Financial Advice
All QAS-NFT assets are collectible digital artworks. They are not financial securities, investment products, or speculative instruments. QAS-NFT does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Buyers are solely responsible for conducting their own research and due diligence prior to any purchase.
4. Market Risks & Volatility
The value of NFTs is inherently volatile and subjective. QAS-NFT does not guarantee any future value, performance, or market price of its assets. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued. Collectors are advised to fully understand the risks associated with digital assets before acquiring them.
5. NFT-Based Loyalty Rewards
QAS-NFT may introduce community-focused loyalty rewards from time to time, distributed in NFT form. Eligibility criteria may include holding duration, engagement level, and other brand-defined factors. QAS-NFT reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel any reward program at its discretion, subject to platform policies and market conditions.
6. Provenance & Authenticity
All QAS-NFT artworks are original, non-generative, and created under the official QAS-NFT brand. Collectors are responsible for verifying the official contract address and platform verification status before purchasing. QAS-NFT is not responsible for third-party impersonations, counterfeit assets, or unauthorized collections.
7. Limitation of Liability
QAS-NFT, its founder (Mr. QAS), and associated team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, smart contracts, or participation in secondary market trading.
